A notary public is a person legally authorized by a state government to administer oaths, witness the signing of documents, and deter fraud by verifying the identity of a person who signs a document. A notary public is a person legally authorized by a state government to administer oaths, witness the signing of documents, and deter fraud by verifying the identity of a person who signs a document.
In 2020 I became commissioned by the State of North Carolina as a licensed Notary Public. After doing general notary work I decided to work my commission and obtained the required certifications to become a LOAN SIGNING AGENT. Signing agents are notaries public, who have experience and/or training concerning the proper execution of loan documents and are hired by mortgage companies, escrow companies, title companies, and signing services to identify loan documents, obtain the necessary signatures, and in some cases deliver the documents to the borrower.
I have an MBA from Hofstra Business School and work as a Business Development Manager and a Real Estate Investor. I am the Notary with available work hours for the busy person that included late nights/early morning as well as weekend availability outside of the typical “9 to 5” hours of most businesses. I will also travel to the client as most people live in rural areas with no access to a notary public for miles. If you can’t come to me, then I’ll come to you!
CarolinaNotary takes the effort, stress, and guesswork out of the notary process.
